Brew Master

Challenge: Designvow was tasked by Investec to develop a direct mailer campaign to congratulate SABMiller's buy-out by AB InBev in October 2016. We had to communicate Wealth and Investment’s (a division of Investec) offshore investment capabilities to these potential clients. Solution: Designvow developed tailored, individually branded beer packs, to each client. These contained a variety of local and international beers (relating to the foreign investment capability). The packs came with individually branded coasters and was delivered on the day of the buy-out. All packs featured a consistent message, congratulating the recipients, "Cheers XXXX" - making the packaging completely tailored to each recipient. In addition to the packs micro-sites with tailored and relevant information relating to each name were developed. These sites could easily by accessed by googling 'Cheers' and ’your name’, making the communication personal and interesting.
